The Role of Nurse with Us

You now have the opportunity to become part of the on-call service, a varied and interesting assignment where you deliver medical interventions to patients registered in home healthcare. Home healthcare has a broad scope, offering municipal health and medical care from pediatric services to elderly care. This includes medical interventions that can be performed in a home environment and do not require inpatient care. Examples of interventions include managing bag dialysis, night dialysis machines, connecting TPN, refilling pain pumps, administering medication injections, palliative care and pain relief, as well as assessing health changes.

The position involves night shifts where you will work with two colleagues. Together, you plan the interventions listed in the intervention calendar. You also handle unplanned interventions coming from care staff within home help services and nursing homes. Consultation with them takes place via the digital platform TeleQ. You handle incoming inquiries by providing advice or by visiting patients at home to assess and treat various health conditions. You are also responsible for delegating care staff at different levels for health and medical interventions. You receive medical support for your assessments via Mediro.

Your Profile

As a person, you are relationship-building, independent, and have a professional attitude. You carry out your assignment from a person-centered perspective and are accommodating and attentive in your interaction with both patients and other staff groups.

You adapt to changed circumstances and see opportunities in change. You take initiative and come up with new solutions in work-related matters. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a licensed nurse
• holds a B-driver's license

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience in home healthcare
• experience with night work

Our Offer and Other Information

We offer a permanent employment with a degree of employment according to agreement. Working hours are generally between 21:15 - 07:15 with a flexi-time agreement. The full-time equivalent is 34.33 hours per week. You work every third weekend.
